Our package gives you an attorney-developed estate plan that is customized to your needs. Much of the process can be completed online or with the convenience of phone or video-conference discussions.

+ How long does it take?

3-4 weeks typically, but the timeline mostly depends on you. If you need us to move quickly, we will. Sometimes when our clients move at a slower pace, it takes a few months.

After you complete your planning worksheet and meet with your attorney, we prepare your documents. Drafting time varies, but typically it's 7 to 10 days.

After that, people spend different amounts of time reviewing their Will and Power of Attorney documents before they are finalized for signing.

+ Is it safe to provide my personal and financial information to you using your online form?

Yes, we provide secure upload links to transfer information to your attorney. Your information is treated and safeguarded just as we would with any of our clients.

+ I don't live near your office, can I still use this service?

Yes! We're in West Chester, PA, but we've designed the program so it can be used anywhere in Pennsylvania.

If you cannot come to our offices to sign your documents, we will provide detailed instructions to help you complete them at your location.

+ You talk about High Net Worth. What does that mean?

We find that if your assets are $5 million or more, you might need a more complex estate plan.
